Even just 20 minutes of mindfulness practice is great for your energy level, your productivity, and your waistline. Instead of your afternoon coffee or chocolate bar, come kick off your shoes and take some deep breaths together.
When you join us, you'll be invited to sit on the floor, lay down, do some jumping jacks, or whatever you need to do to feel comfortable. We'll begin with a simple breathing exercise to ease your jitters, and then I'll lead us through a brief guided meditation.
